Job Details
We need high-quality, experienced Business Development Managers to build our client base in new areas of the UK. You will have sole responsibility for generating sales from leads provided to you and building up and retaining your clients within your local area.

You will be given a region of the UK typically comprising 5-6 counties where you can expect leads to be within approximately 60 minutes drive from the centre of your area. We will provide leads to you which have already been proven to convert at a high ratio (in 2016 our lead to conversion ration was approximately 10%).

You will be expected to set appointments and follow through the process to close. You will remain the primary point of contact for clients throughout the process of service delivery to ensure an excellent experience for them and ensure retention.

Package & Benefits:
Basic salary £25k with realistic £45k+ OTE
Uncapped Commission Structure

The Role & Responsibilities:
New business sales focusing on selling internet marketing packages to targeted SMEs
Maintain a high lead-to-close ratio
Achieve monthly sales targets
Manage sales pipeline, through from initial contact to closure, accurately forecast and report on accordingly
You will be growing the customer base by winning new accounts within a defined market
Liaise with both the client and internal staff to ensure smooth implementation of services
Retain the clients you bring into the business through ongoing relationship management
Skills Knowledge & Experience Required:
A highly self-motivated individual who thrives working with a very high degree of autonomy
You will be highly adept at quickly building professional relationships and closing business
You must be a real “people person”, comfortable talking with company owners and local tradesmen alike
A very solution focused sell where you will fact find, establish needs and then sell to those needs with a value added proposition
Have a proven track record in business to business (B2B) sales
Have knowledge and enthusiasm for business marketing
Manage your sales process to generate new business revenues and long term customer relationships
Constantly improve product knowledge through both self-study and supported development
Full product training provided – you do not need past experience in web design or internet marketing
